Voices from the Past Cemetery Walk
Take a walk into the past with our autumn fundraiser event that brings stories of Winona County to life. Each year highlights different historic people and themes in skits performed by local actors at beautiful Woodlawn Cemetery.
History on the River Cruises
Treat yourself to some river time on the Cal Fremling while you enjoy programs on themes unique to Winona County, MN. Cruises are offered on select dates from May – September. Reserve seats and pay during this time by calling 507-454-2723 ext. 0.
This annual boutique-style event at the History Center offers you two floors of original jewelry, pottery, woodwork, clothing, stained glass, bath products, and fine art sold by local artists at a reasonable price.
Holiday House Tour
The Holiday House Tour has been a favorite for over 30 years and is now held every-other year on the first Sunday in December. Participating homes highlight both historic and more recent architecture and the unique decorating styles of current owners.
Holiday Family Fest
Kick off the holiday season with a day of festive fun and exploration at the History Center. Bring your family and friends for a day filled with activities, treats, and cherished memories. This event alternates every-other year opposite of the Holiday House Tour.
Swing into Spring Fundraiser
Each annual tour features different historic sites, activities, and themes, but also promises the same amount of self-guided adventure and fun for all ages!
The Art of Fine Furniture
Our fan-favorite annual exhibit features new creations of professional and hobbyist studio furniture makers. Explore the inner workings of the pieces and appreciate traditional skills and craftsmanship within the context of each year’s new theme.
